mixed experience, some issues noted

improper cleaning old towels
The location was convenient. It was near various cafes and a supermarket.
The room wasn't cleaned properly, as i found hairs on the floor. also, the bathroom had issues with the water. the towels were very old. It wasn't what i expect from a five-star place!

I stayed in a modern room . The room was equipped with fancy amenities. I was impressed by the full breakfast selection available. It was quite comprehensive. I found the staff to be polite and very helpful.
I encountered an issue with elevators, as they were very confusing and busy. The Grand by Interni restaurant, while beautifully designed and offering delicious food, had notably slow service. This was even during less crowded times. I waited an unusually long time to receive menus and drinks.

Wonderful Hotel Experience

patient staff comfortable bed tasty breakfast
The hotel staff was patient and kind. Our room was nice, and the bed offered great comfort. Breakfast was diverse and tasty. (I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries!) The hotel surprised me with a birthday cake when they learned of my birthday.
The shower leaked, which resulted in the bathroom floor flooding each time I showered. I think this issue needs to be addressed promptly to prevent further inconvenience.

The hotel features three pools on the roof with views. The pools include a shallow area for children. There are many lounge chairs available, with a good space for relaxation and sunbathing.

Our room had a king-sized bed, a seating area, and a work desk. The bathroom included complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. The climate control system worked well (maintaining a constant temperature).
